3. This Field Advisory Board” will be consulted before any decision is made that will impact the compensation plan or structure as well as any other changes that could affect the distributor base. This board will need to approve these changes to insure that all changes are in the best interests of the field as well as the company in order to accomplish our mission together.

Another part of the Ultra International program is a profit sharing program where 3% of net purchase price on every single pack purchased is split among all qualified distributors based on the number of people you sponsor each month. You can earn retail commissions on every pack purchased from your website and it also counts towards your sales volume.
